We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper & Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional outdoor spaces. What you will do:
· Execute landscape construction projects from start to finish, including hardscaping, softscaping, and irrigation installation.
· Operate a variety of equipment which may include: Mini excavator, loader, tractor, front end loader, skid steer and hydroseeder.
· Using and maintain power tools such as quick cut saws, chain saws, plate tampers, power wheelbarrows, skills saws, sod cutter, rototiller, drills, etc.
· Tasks include: fine grading and finishing; landscaping; back filling; ditching; excavating; rough grading; sub-grade excavating; trenching; material handling; slope grooming.
· Install features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, and planting beds.
· Assist crews in maintaining a clean, orderly and safe job site.
· Loading and unloading tools and materials from trucks and trailers.
· Completing daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records of activities.
· Helping to secure tools, equipment, and materials before transport.
What you will bring:
· Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
· Strong knowledge of hardscaping, softscaping, and irrigation systems.
· Ability to follow safe working procedures.
· Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.
· Speak, read, and write English.
· Flexibility in working hours including occasional weekend work due to weather and job schedules.
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
· Personal smartphone with data plan for daily attendance marking, communication, and reporting.
Work Conditions:
· Various locations including both residential and commercial landscape construction sites.
· Working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
· Working outdoors in various conditions including cold, heat and humidity, rain, dust, and noise.
· Working flexible hours including occasional weekend work, stat holidays, and out-of-town work where required.

$18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
10 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime
Weekends as needed
