Join Our Team as a Landscape Foreman – Starting Spring 2025!

(While the position officially begins in the spring, there may be an opportunity to join early and help close out the snow removal season)


SeeMoreGreen Landscaping is looking for skilled and passionate Landscape Foremen to lead our diverse landscaping teams starting in April-May 2025. Whether your expertise spans landscape maintenance, construction, softscapes, hardscapes, or irrigation, we need leaders who can manage all aspects of landscaping to ensure successful projects from start to finish.


LOCATION: REGINA


What you will do:

· Schedule and manage personnel, tools, and resources to ensure efficient and timely completion of all landscaping projects.

· Oversee the planning and execution of tasks across various landscaping services, including installation, maintenance, and enhancements.

· Train and mentor team members, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety.

· Monitor project budgets, timelines, and productivity to optimize efficiency and profitability.

· Safely operate landscaping equipment, including heavy machinery, power tools, and measurement devices.

· Ensure all work meets quality standards, minimizing rework and ensuring client satisfaction.

· Maintain organization and cleanliness of jobsites, vehicles, trailers, and equipment.

· Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and PPE standards.


What you bring:

· Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in landscaping or related field with expertise across multiple areas (maintenance, construction, softscapes, irrigation, etc.).

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your crew.

· Proficiency in using a wide range of landscaping tools and equipment safely.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and staying within budgets.

· A valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record. G endorsement or 1A will be preferred.

· Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, project managers, and your team.

· Physical fitness and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks for extended periods in varying outdoor conditions.

· Legally authorized to work in Canada.


Preferred Qualifications:

· Recognized qualifications such as Horticulturist Degree, Journeyman Landscape Gardener, Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), or Saskatchewan Pesticide Applicators Certificate will be an asset.


Work Conditions:

· Various locations including both residential and commercial landscape construction sites.

· Working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.

· Working outdoors in various conditions including cold, heat and humidity, rain, dust, and noise.

· Working flexible hours including occasional weekend work, stat holidays, and out-of-town work where required.

Job Type:

  • Full-time


Pay:

  • $27.00-$35.00 per hour


Additional pay:

  • Overtime pay


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

  • 12 hour shift

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Overtime

  • Weekends as needed


Experience:

  • Supervisory: 1 year (required)
