Are you passionate about landscaping and leading a team? We’re hiring a Horticultural Crew Leader to deliver exceptional commercial bed maintenance and snow removal services year-round. This hands-on role involves leading a small crew, adhering to schedules, upholding company policies, and completing daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain landscaping tools safely and effectively.

· Plant and maintain annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs.

· Perform garden bed maintenance: edging, pruning, raking, spraying, and weeding.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Deliver excellent customer service and support other crews when needed.

· Lead by example in professionalism, safety, and care for company equipment.

Working Conditions:

· Outdoor work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, etc.).

· Physical tasks: standing, lifting, kneeling, carrying, pushing, and pulling.

· Flexible hours, occasional weekends, and stat holidays may be required.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance work.

· Physical stamina for demanding tasks in varied weather conditions.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

· Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation.

· Personal smartphone with data for attendance and communication.

· Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Full-time

Pay:

• $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• 12 hour shift

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

• Overtime

• Weekends as needed
