SeeMoreGreen Landscaping & Saskatoon Woodchips are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our administrative team as a Front Desk Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of both businesses, while providing excellent support to employees, customers, and management. No two days will be the same, and you’ll find the role both challenging and rewarding.
This is a seasonal position for the landscaping season, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role for the right candidate, particularly those with strong office administration skills. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with all statutory holidays off.
Our company is located about a 5-minute drive south of Saskatoon, so reliable personal transportation is a must.
Responsibilities
· Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
· Answer incoming phone calls, respond to voicemails and emails, and ensure accurate data entry into the company CRM.
· Create customer orders, process payments, and assist with customer inquiries.
· Process daily reconciliations and assist with administrative tasks as required.
· Assist in managing work schedules and tasks for yard staff and truck drivers.
· Schedule deliveries and coordinate loading of products for customer pick-ups.
· Provide clerical, administrative, and purchasing support to ownership, management, and field staff.
· Maintain inventory levels and purchase supply yard products as necessary.
· Maintain organized filing systems and ensure meticulous document management.
· Assist with social media posting and support digital marketing efforts.
· Assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
· Experience working in an office environment.
· Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is considered an asset.
· The ability to operate a front-end loader (or the willingness to learn) is considered an asset.
